Staff & Services  Housekeeping service every day including Sundays and holidays. Rolande is present from 8:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. and takes care of the cleaning of common areas and the kitchen, and prepares meals (especially Creole, and some bread dishes). Anastasie is present from 8:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. and takes care of room cleaning and laundry. Lucette is present from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. and takes care of the dishes, ironing and can baby-sit on request. Mahen has no fixed hours, he is a caretaker, gardener, and also takes care of cleaning the swimming pool and outdoor spaces.
