This newly built contemporary beach villa features a private swimming pool and a fully equipped kitchen. The building is in basalt stone, wood (oak) and straw (straw cane sugar). Indoors The villa features three bedrooms, a mezzanine corner with Smart TV and 2 sofa beds where 2 children will be able to sleep (bed size 80cm x 190cm), two 32 inch LCD flat screen satellite TVs (1 on the mezzanine corner, the other in the A/C master bedroom upstairs). A lovely and bright living room as well as a fully equipped kitchen (plan your capsules for the Nespresso machine) Outdoors There is a 3m x 6m swimming pool with wide balao deck and direct access to the beach. Pool can be secured upon request. You can enjoy your meals outside thanks to the 3 lounges, 3 dining areas (front and back covered terraces and interior dining area) and tables with 8 seats. For the night, the villa features an ambient lighting, controlled by professional 'dimming system' by Dynalite.
